The Challenge:
A family in Verdant Park desired to transform their backyard into a dream outdoor living space. As first-time collaborators with a designer, they sought a professional who would attentively listen to their vision, offer creative ideas, and expertly guide them through the design and construction process.
The goal was to create a spectacular and functional backyard that seamlessly blended beauty with their lifestyle.
The Serenity Solution:
Brandon and the Serenity Designs team embarked on a collaborative journey with the homeowners. The solution was a comprehensive landscape design that encompassed a 1200 sq. ft. hardscape patio, a modern pergola, and a cozy fire pit seating area. The design also integrated a client-provided swim spa and patio cover. A lush, 3800 sq. ft. landscape was meticulously planned, incorporating 7 trees, 163 shrubs, and 40 ground cover plants.
A classic fountain served as a stunning focal point, while a sophisticated lighting system with 7 path lights and 9 up lights was installed to create a magical nighttime ambiance.
