How long does the design process take?
Designs usually take 4 to 6 weeks, depending on how quickly clients and designers communicate.
When do we pay the Design Fee?
The design fee is paid upfront, allowing us to deliver content promptly without delays.
Do you have contractors who install the project?
Serenity Designs offers full construction services to manage and install designs, providing detailed quotes after the design process. Clients can choose Serenity for project management or work with another contractor, though Serenity’s management won’t be included in the latter case.
Can we use your design to get estimates from other companies?
While technically possible, we advise against this. Our designs can be complex and may require precise measurements and craftsmanship. Unless specifically charged for, designs don’t usually include all details needed for permitting.
What if I don’t like the design?
Our designer updates you throughout the process to ensure satisfaction. You’re entitled to one free revision if the initial draft doesn’t meet expectations, with extra revisions available for purchase.
Can you install a design we already have?
Yes, we can install existing designs. We’ll examine the plans before providing a quote. During installation, we can also consult on any changes you’d like to make.
